Any product loss due to the security of the customer’s living area (as long as the shipping carrier confirms the order has been delivered) will NOT be eligible for returns and refunds. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it.

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a free replacement. We usually do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to customer errors such as choosing the wrong size, style, color, etc.

How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?

Requests for modifications and cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the order’s placement. If you want to change or cancel your order, do get in touch with us as soon as you can. Make sure to provide the adjustment you want to make along with your order number, and we will confirm when it has been applied. Order changes cannot be made after 24 hours have passed.
